I was thrilled to visit Sankalp the best Indian restaurant in Edmonton for the first time, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The highlight for me was definitely the sambar—it had that genuine, authentic flavor, just like back home in India. The taste was so spot-on that I felt like I was back in my country, enjoying a meal there. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Plus, I absolutely adored the silverware—the traditional utensils added such a special touch!

We were eagerly waiting for this Indian restaurant in Edmonton. We tried yesterday masala dosa, manchurian and indo-Chinese sizzler. All 3 food was so yummy and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent. Sitting arrangements was nice.
